When you register, choose a username. We advise that you keep the name appropriate. With this user account you are about to register, you agree to never give your password out to another person except an administrator, for your protection and for validity reasons. You also agree to NEVER use another person's account for any reason. We also HIGHLY recommend you use a complex and unique password for your account, to prevent account theft.
On submitting content to any section of the website you agree to waive any intellectual property rights to the content which becomes the property of the website owners to do with whatever they please. 5.1 Any new members under the age of 16 must have received the permission of their parents or one of their parents or a guardian.
5.2 Entrants must have registered as a student123.com member e.g. have a valid student123.com username and password.
5.3 Only one entry will be accepted per person.
5.4 The prizes will be delivered to the winners home address as soon as possible.
5.5 The prize winner will be selected at random by student123.com on the 1st of each month and will be selected from all those new members that have signed up in the previous month.
5.6 Only the winner will be contacted personally via email within 28 days after the competition closing date.
5.7 If any information is requested from the competition winner by the company, and the winner does not contact the company within 21 days with such information, the prize will be forfeited.
5.8 A list of the winners will be available from student123.com.
5.9 Prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred.
5.10 There will be no cash alternatives to prizes.
5.11 In the event of a problem in supplying the prize that you have won, we reserve the right to provide you with a substitute prize of equivalent quality or price.
5.12 student123.com does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries due to the Internet. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

Xmas Prizedraw: In addition to our standard prize draw rules the following terms and conditions apply to this prize. The closing date for entries is 18th December 2007. You will be notified via email within 28 days of the closing date if you have won. The prizes consist of: Xbox, case of wine, portable DVD player, sparkling wine, CDs, DVDs, Vodka, books, records and interactive games with a total value of at least £1000. There is no cash alternative.
